1 On December 10, 1959, plaintiff Sallie Kerr filed a quiet title suit in which the principal relief demanded consisted of the cancellation of oil and gas leases on 200 acres of land in Okmulgee County, Oklahoma. Mrs. Kerr alleged that she owned the surface and an undivided one-half interest in the minerals. Defendants were claimants of the leasehold and the owners of some of the royalty interest.
